According to some trusted sources the real name of Arjun Shah Baba is Abdul Ajeez And is known as Arjun Shah or Peer Urjun Shah Baba. It is claimed that he came 800+ years ago from today. Arjun Shah Baba Rehmatullah Alaih (Peace be upon him) is a saint in the great sufi order called Suharwardiya. It is claimed that Arjun Shah Baba is a direct follower and caliph of Shahabuddin Abu Hafs Umer Suharwardi.
The Suharwardiya order of sufism is commonly found in the histrory of Bukhari Syed Auliya such as Shahe Aalam Bukhari, Mira Saiyed Ali Datar and Peer Mehmood Shah Bukhari Rehmatullahi Ta'ala alaihim. It is narreted that Shahabuddin Suharwardi was the founder of Suharwardi Tariqat of sufism, he founded this order in baghdad city of iraq and later spreaded to the indian sub-continent. It also narreted that Bahauddin Zakariya (R.A.) was the one who was the first Sufi saint of this order in the indian sub continent.
The Shajrahe Tariqat or Spiritual Lineage of Arjun Shah Baba is put in entrance gate of his shrine, according to which his spiritual lineage goes to Sultanul Awliya w Saiyedul Aaimma Ameerul Mo'amineen Maula Imam Ali ibn Abitalib Alaihissalam w karramallahu Ta'ala w wajahul kareem via Shahabuddin Suharwardi, Maroof Karkhi and Hasan Basri rehmatullahi Ta'ala alaihim. Abdul Ajeez Arjun Shah Baba's Urs Ceremony is celebrated every year on 17th date of islamic month called Rajab Al Murajjab.
On his shrine people of all religions come to get solutions to their issues. There were many miracles seen by public 26 years ago during the 786th urs period in late 20th century. Just as being a wali of allah the miracles made Possible with Wilayah (Authority from god) still being seen on the mausoleum of Arjun Shah Baba R.A.
